In order to prevent harmful effect of chemical fertilizer and pesticides Growtech Agri Science and Research Pvt Ltd, has developed various bio-fertilizer, bio-pesticides, organic plant growth promoters which is being formulated by Dr.Bharat Bhooshan Sharma, one of a well renowned agriculture research scientist whose research work is serving farmers all around the globe.
Our sales staff which includes regional sales managers, area sales managers, sales executives & field assistants are constantly involved in encouraging farmers towards organic farming practices.

The greatest challenge of today’s agriculture is to feed the growing population and restore the natural resources. Global food production needs to be doubled by 2020 and just to maintain the present precipitate food consumption. Uncontrolled population growth in developing countries accelerated the imbalance between human needs and sustainable use of land. Though by virtue of chemical fertilizers the production and productivity of crops has increased, the increased use of pesticides has posed many environmental and health problems. The chemical fertilizers and pesticides used over a long period of time have adverse toxic effects on the production potential of the land and the ultimate consumers of the products. The intent of Growtech Agri Science and Research Pvt Ltd is to cover some adverse effects of chemicals on health of the consumers as well, how these affect the future generations by logging high residues of poisonous chemicals in the soil.

Growtech Agri Science And Research Pvt Ltd is involved in manufacturing of eco-friendly bio-products which includes bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, botanicals, plant growth promoters & regulators which are being considered as environmentally safe, selective, biodegradable, economical and renewable alternative for use in organic farming system. Organic farming implies, that the use of organic nutrients and adoption of natural methods of plant protection in place of fertilizers and pesticides. To the maximum extent feasible organic farming system rely upon crop rotations, crop residues, animal manures, legumes, green manures, mineral baring rocks and aspects of biological pest control to maintain soil productivity and tilts to supply plant nutrients and to control in sects, weed and other pests.The aim of Growtech Agri Science and Research Pvt Ltd is to manage the resources of rural communities to improve their welfare, preserve biodiversity and ecosystem services, and develop more productive and sustainable farming systems.
How did you impact natural resource use and greenhouse gas emissions?
Our sales staff which includes regional sales managers, area sales managers, sales executives & field assistants are constantly involved in encouraging farmers towards organic farming practices. Some farmers call us and discuss about benefits they noticed on their land during the transition. They informed us that the soil became softer with less compaction. We know that the more biodiversity there is on a farm, the more stable the farm is. An increase of beneficial insects and bird populations, and weeds is observed by the farmers which did not affect crop yields in the way they might expect. Financially they noticed less pressure from financing input costs, and the net income tends to be higher in relation to input cost than in conventional farming.
Many farmers have a opinion that “Organic food isn't more nutritious”.Our research and marketing team has made them realize that Health and safety should not be confused with nutrition. While most research can't prove, beyond a doubt that organic food is more nutritious, it is much safer, which may translate to a healthier body, able to absorb healthy nutrients.Growtech team has carried out various awareness programs and explained harmful effect of chemicals.
