La Granja Integral Autosuficiente La Pradera, es un proyecto de vida dirigido a familias campesinas logrando en cada uno de sus integrantes, a vivir en armonía con la naturaleza, preservando y disfrutando el medio que lo rodea, propiciando el mejoramiento de las tierras y de los cultivos. La granja Integral Autosuficiente La Pradera, se encuentra ubicada en la vereda La Pradera, del corregimiento La Caldera, a 25 km. Al suroccidente de la ciudad de Pasto, con las siguientes coordenadas geográficas: 01º 18’47.5” (Norte) y 077º 19’ 38,3”; busca a su ves capacitar y concienciar en estilos de vida saludable, salud alimentaria y promover la salud y prevenir la enfermedad en todos los afiliados y población beneficiaria de la Eps Emssanar.

A FUNDACIÓN EMSSANAR TIENE COMO OBJETO PROMOVER EL MEJORAMIENTO DE LAS CONDICIONES DE VIDA DE LA POBLACIÓN POBRE Y VULNERABLE, A TRAVÉS DE LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE PROGRAMAS DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL, DIRIGIDOS A LA COMUNIDAD EN GENERAL, CON ESPECIAL ÉNFASIS EN LA ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL EN LA INFANCIA Y ADOLESCENCIA EN EL MARCO DE LA PROTECCIÓN INTEGRAL.
