It is known that presently various methods of pre-sowing processing of seeds and tubers based on application of "rough" technogenic effects are applied to increase productivity of crops. Currently, however, all these techniques aren't technological, mainly, because of a huge share of manual labor. Besides, use of the majority of the listed techniques, causes chemical and technogenic environmental pollution, irreparable damage to microflora of soil is caused, changes in the plants’ genetic program occur, leading to undesirable mutations and a contamination, deterioration of brands, grades. It is also known that chemical and technogenic pollution of environment causes changes in the genetic program of organisms in animals, plants and people. Humans develop malignant tumors, hereditary diseases. Plants, including cotton, suffer degradation of industrial grades, because of emergence of plants with severely altered properties.

Describe the context in which you are operating

The UTU TECHNOLOGY’s author, Mr. Urinbayev T.U., managed to analyze and systematize the above research and production experience. He has reduced the revealed regularities to the mathematical models containing basic data in 768 parameters. Mathematical models helped create computer programs. The computer technologies, equipment and specific ways of their use allow to successfully overcome a problem of natural decrease (entropy) in productivity of crops.
The end-Product of the UTU TECHNOLOGY is the program of processing of seed or landing material, before its sowing, induced by an electromagnetic field in precisely designated time and the set geographical area, with parameters that overcome the natural electromagnetic background of the earth, which lowers energy of agricultures.
