As of 2007 (latest figures), the DOE estimated the cost of that waste at $60.7 billion. We believe that energy transparency is fundamental to conservation and resiliency, which saves money, energy, and has positive repercussions for the environment. Lacking equipment-level energy consumption data is a pervasive problem for building owners and operators since one can’t manage what one can’t measure.
