An Overview Of Our Solution
A common pest for vegetable farmers is invasion by DEER. I have found that surrounding the veggie patch with used steel roofing sheets (commonly 3m x 1m) keeps deer out entirely. They are probably afraid of slipping on the steel and/or the noise they make when trying to cross it. Best is, many farms these days have piles of old roof sheets that can be obtained either free or very cheaply.
