Describe the problem
MUKEMBA is an abbreviation from Swahili words which are Maendeleo Katika Uvuvi, Kilimo, Elimu, Mazingira, Biashara. This can be translated in English as Development of Fisheries, Agriculture, Education, Environment, Trade and Health. Ignorance on fisheries regulation and environmental education particularly on costal fisheries result in illegal fishing. Some fishermen go far in fishing camps for long time and become susceptible to HIV/AIDS. Business skills is import to fishermen for improving their economy.
Biodiversity Impact
Education is a key to development. Fishermen will follow the fisheries regulation stop illegal fishing activities that cause unsustainable fishing. Health education will be on preventing HIV/AIDS and fish processing at landing sites so that reducing risk of diseases to buyers.
Solution
Education will held fishermen avoid using illegal fishing gears example dynamite and beach seine hence protect biodiversity in fishing grounds. // Five villages will be selected to work with about 50 fishermen.

Human Well Being and Livelihood Impact
The environmental and health education will help fishers to protect their environment, themselves and become creative in doing fishing business. The 50 targeted fishermen will be used as peer educators to other community members in their villages. // Use fishermen associations, Beach Management Unit (BMU) and village leaders.
