I am start using a bike to go to work and I am also stimulating my colleagues to use a bike and let the car in the garage. We work in environmental fiscalization control. It is a enterprise from the government of São Paulo State that deal with natural resources maintenance. We have to give an example changing our behavior in the work.

I am operating in urban area and trying to change the behavior to use the car for every where. The city is on the shore line and plan, so biking is very easy. We can make a good exercising and stop pollution by cars.

We live in Santos. It is a total plan city near the beach. We have a ciclovia totally plan and a good weather all year. Santos is a small island and is possible to cross over the beach in 6 km. So, I think ti stimulate people to use more the bike and let the car in the garage.

Stimulate people to use bike to go to work or just ride as a pleasure. To keep the cars in garages.
Describe your implementation
I am going to work by bike and I stimulating people to do the same using arguments about pollution control and need of exercises. Slowly I am changing the behavior of my colleagues in the work. I asked tho the manager to improve a place to keep the bikes and I talk to them explaining the benefits of the exercices for health and environment.I started one month ago and 3 of my colleagues are using the bike.
