An Overview Of Our Solution

Climate change is a global problem that affects everyone and the best way to solve it is to create global solutions. Plastic is replaceable. In a visit to China last year I was impressed to realize that most people don't cook, order food out daily which is delivered in plastic containers and don't recycle.

Describe the technical solution you wanted the target audience to adopt

Higher taxation for products using plastic. Creation of an index / investment vehicles only for companies with green pratices and social responsabilities. Fiscal incentives for investements in this type of companies. Regarding food waste, as a women I am supposed to get the same food quantity as men without getting asked beforehand. I think all restaurants should always have at least two size dishes.

If I am an investor I might prefer to invest in companies that care about the enviornment. Specially if I have tax breaks or other types of incentives. Creation of a system of points both for companies and citizens everytime they make social responsible choices.

There is no single solution but the more people we ask to provide solutions and to discuss them is better. I think all citizens and societies should be engaged to provide feedback and solutions. This will increase awareness of the problems but will also increase the focus on solutions, the pros and cons, and the feeling of having a voice.
