An Overview Of Our Solution
The initial impact of the program will be very encouraging as local communities realise for a balance between the needs of local people and biodiversity conservation as the aim of this program
ISCP will make 2 hectare farm project in ISCP center that rent for 10 years in Rumah Pilpil village,Sibolangit district.Specific crops were identified through a study of local demand and with the input of the families, cash crops including sugar palm, ginger and organic vegetables will plant in the farm project.
The expansion of mixed farming into permaculture models will show villagers how to best use small plots of land for subsistence farming and cash crops and also make nursery of forest plants .
Continued engagement with local villagers based on the active model will increase the level of community conservation of biodiversity in Sibolangit.
