Major challenge was financial constraint for which were seeking grants and luckily we won couple of grant as award this keep us going on desired pace but for longer run we need a business plan as we developed a revenue generating model to generate revenue from taking 40% share from difference of premium rate and MSP of any specific crop. For eg wheat if MSP is 1600 per quintals and our farmers sell it on 1800 per quintals then our share will 80 rupees quintals and farmers have no problem in sharing it with us. Other is via 10% sale of EM technology products but still with fewer number of farmers we cannot have a self sustainable business model.
