The demand for organic food is steadily increasing both in the developed and developing countries with an annual average growth rate of 20–25%. Similarly the demand for Organic Pest Control is being increased by 15-25% annually. Increasing consciousness about conservation of environment as well as health hazards associated with agrochemicals and consumers’ preference to safe and hazard free food are the major factors that lead to the growing interest in alternate forms of pesticides in the world. Organic agriculture via Organic pesticides is one among the broad spectrum of production methods that are recently being supportive to the environment. Ayurveda is the most ancient Indian science available to mankind which provides solution to different kind of problems. Various Ayurvedic herbs have different properties and combination of various herb is also used to cure various problems in human, animals and plants. The Ayurvedic plant medicine which we are promoting helps to lower the agri-input cost and provides growth and control of pest and diseases without affecting the yield. The concoction of various parts of herbs is used as-it-is for sustainable organic farming. The products are certified organic under National Program of Organic Production (NPOP) of government of India.The products are also incubated in ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi for its innovation.

The products are low cost and scalable across geographies and have been shown positive results in the market. The market is still growing and many countries and states are still in process to change the policy towards open choice. Indian government has been promoting and some specific changes was done in various state based policy. Considering the slow change in policy there is requirement of grant for minimum 03-04 years to reach a scale where market based revenue becomes regular.
